AI agents that work inside Oracle EBS, including the old Forms screens.
I design and build AI automation for Oracle E-Business Suite supply chain teams: order management, inventory, purchasing, and planning. No rip-and-replace. Your EBS stays; the repetitive work goes.
A simplified version of a real build: the agent finds fields and buttons on screen, so it works on Java-based Forms where browser automation can't.
Where EBS supply chain teams lose their week
Most of it isn't hard work. It's the same screens, the same checks, and the same lookups, done by skilled people who should be doing something else.
Keying data into Forms
Orders, receipts, transfers, and corrections entered by hand, often copied from emails and PDFs.
Testing every patch by hand
Each release or patch cycle means re-running the same regression scripts and collecting screenshots as evidence.
Chasing exceptions
Holds, backorders, late POs, and short on-hand are buried across responsibilities and reports until someone asks.
What I build
Each engagement starts with your process, not a tool. I hold APICS CPIM, so we can talk order-to-cash and procure-to-pay in your terms.

Forms automation agents
Agents that operate classic Oracle Forms the way a person does: reading the screen, entering values, choosing from lists of values, and saving. They reach screens that Playwright and Selenium can't, because Forms isn't a web page.
Python, MCP, on-screen recognition, Claude -
AI-assisted release testing
Turn regression cases from Jira or qTest into agent-run tests that capture evidence at every step, so patch validation takes days instead of weeks of manual effort.
Jira, qTest, MCP servers, Streamlit or Chainlit front end -
Supply chain exception assistant
Ask in plain English which orders are on hold, which POs are late, or where on-hand is short. Answers come from your EBS data, with the query shown so your team can trust it.
Read-only database access, natural-language queries -
Document-to-transaction intake
Read purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents and create the matching EBS transactions, with a person approving anything the agent isn't sure about.
Document extraction, approval step, EBS APIs or Forms -
AI readiness review
A short, fixed-scope review of your EBS supply chain processes that names the automations worth building first, with the effort and risk of each.
Good first step if you're not sure where to start
How an engagement runs
Small, working steps. You see a running agent early, on a non-production instance, before anything touches live data.
Review
Map the process, measure where time goes, and pick the first automation together.
Prototype
Build a working agent against a test instance and run it with your team watching.
Harden
Add error handling, logging, approvals, and a security review so it's safe to run for real.
Hand over
Documentation, runbooks, and training so your team owns and extends it.
Recent builds
Working systems I've designed and built hands-on.
| Build | What it does | Built with |
|---|---|---|
| Oracle Forms operator agent | Recognizes buttons and fields on screen and exposes tools for clicking, data entry, list-of-values selection, and keyboard actions, with a shortcut-first, click-second fallback. | Python, FastMCP, OCR, rapidfuzz, pyautogui |
| QA automation architecture | Eight MCP servers coordinated by Claude, connected to Jira and qTest, with a chat front end for testers. | MCP, Claude, Streamlit, Chainlit |
| Oracle database performance assistant | Diagnoses slow SQL by asking questions in plain English over SQL stats, execution plans, sessions, and AWR data. | Python, MCP, python-oracledb |
| Private document search | A retrieval pipeline that runs entirely on a laptop, so sensitive documents never leave the machine. | Ollama, Qdrant |
About
I'm Surendra Boppudi. I've spent more than 18 years on enterprise Oracle EBS programs, most recently as a senior program manager and technical lead for supply chain.
I started in industrial engineering, so I look at the process before the software. These days I also build the agents myself, which means the person scoping your project is the person who can make it work.
